Rob Deegan
Vocals, Guitar, Percussion
The lone member of Irish descent brings his sense of joy, wonder and faith to the band. With Rob, the glass isn’t half full, it’s overflowing—usually with amber ale.
Chuck Jorgensen
Vocals, Guitar, Trombone
Yes, that’s right. . .trombone! After something like 40 years, he dug it out and dusted it off for the album. We promised him he can play it again—in 40 years. His beer? Bitters at room temperature.
Dale Kilburg
Mouth Organ
Few people practice Dale’s old school mouth organ technique. Listen carefully and you’ll hear melody, harmony and drone happening simultaneously. His style is western, and his beer is lager.
Curt Lichter
Vocals, Bass Guitar, Percussion
This band has taken him away from his beloved drums, and his attempt at learning to play the bass guitar has resulted in serious hair loss. He is still able to enjoy his brown ale though.
Dan Caraway
Vocals, Guitar, Mandolin
When he’s not teaching classical guitar at college, he’s recording with Russian 7-string guitar quartets. His expertise has enabled us to flourish. When reminded, he’ll arrive carrying dark ale.
David Manning
Vocals, Flute, Recorders, Banjo and Autoharp
David was a perfect fit when we ventured to expand our repertoire and begin writing our own songs. David’s glass is usually half full with whatever beverage one’s willing to split. The glass has been known to be both half full and half empty during the equinox.
